The Grit Guard Wash Bucket Insert sits at the bottom of your wash bucket to trap dirt below the vane grid. Agitating your mitt against the radial surface dislodges grit so it settles under the guard—keeping it out of your mitt and off your paint.

How To Use

1. Set up buckets: Use a two-bucket wash (one soap, one rinse). Place the insert at the bottom of each bucket.
2. Load mitt: Soak your wash mitt with shampoo solution.
3. Rinse safely: After a panel, scrub the mitt on the insert in the rinse bucket to release dirt; keep the mitt below the waterline so grit drops under the guard.
4. Reload & repeat: Return to the soap bucket (with insert) to reload suds; continue panel by panel.
5. After wash: Rinse inserts and buckets; allow to dry before storage.

Notes: Always work on cool panels out of direct sun. Replace worn mitts/towels to minimize marring.
