Surface Preparation is Key
Deep Clean: Thoroughly wash the vehicle to remove dirt and any old protection.
Decontaminate: Perform a chemical decon (e.g., PURGE iron remover) and a physical decon with a clay towel. For lubrication during claying, foam the vehicle with a pH-neutral shampoo (e.g., ORIGIN), then clay.
Paint Correction: If needed, correct/enhance paint using an oil-free compound and polish to maximize gloss.
Prepare for Bonding: Wipe all residue with a pre-coat surface prep (e.g., REVEAL) about 1 hour before application to ensure optimal bonding.
Application Instructions
Shake well.
Remove the white cap, insert the sprayer tube, and screw the sprayer onto the bottle.
Spray onto a foam or microfiber applicator. Work one panel at a time, ideally ≤ 40 cm × 40 cm (≈16 in × 16 in).
Allow a brief flash/haze (~10–20 seconds, depending on temperature and humidity).
Buff off with a clean, long-pile edgeless microfiber in a cross pattern until smudge-free.
When finished, remove the sprayer, rinse it clean, and reinstall the twist cap on the bottle.
Curing & Layering
Second layer (optional): wait ~30 minutes before applying another coat.
Cure time: avoid the elements/water for ~4 hours after application.
